Hole Height Issues

I received feedback that it is hard to understand the calculation part regarding hole height.

Basically, the higher the hole, the less deflection there is caused by the wind and vice versa.

Thus, the formula 1 - [Hole Height/100] is used.

Example 1: Hole height = -3.14m (In BL hole 2, 224y hole)

You need to multiply an additional: 1 - [(-3.14)/100] = 1 + 0.0314 = 1.0314

Example 2: Hole Height = 5.42m (In BM hole 10)

Apply the formula: 1 - (5.42/100) = 1 - 0.0542 = 0.9458

Hope this helps.
